Dee McVicker - Owner

Originally from the UK, Dee is an established and accredited rider with many years of coaching experience. Dee’s love of horses and passion for teaching and educating led her to open MC Equestrian Riding School in 2017.

Sarah McVicker - Coach

Sarah has had a love of horses from a very young age. Now a 2-star eventer and accomplished rider, her natural warmth and outgoing nature makes Sarah a fantastic coach for advanced riders.

Donna Taylor - Coach

Donna is a qualified EA instructor who enjoys working with students of all ages and abilities. Her kind, patient nature makes her a perfect coach for students in need of a little extra support and encouragement.

Sabrina Utharntharm - Coach/Operations

A people person with a strong passion for horses, Sabrina can be found helping with anything & everything around the stables. She is currently bringing on an off the track thoroughbred named Kiwi.

Charne Greyling - Coach

Charné is an EA intro level coach, her main area of expertise is dressage. She is great with riders of all abilities and has a passion for fine tuning and perfecting the movements throughout the levels. A long time rider competing at state level.

Monica Villacorta - Coach

EA Level 1 qualified coach with extensive experience competing in dressage and eventing. Monica has a warm nature & has taught adults & children full time for over 20 years from beginners to competition level.

Amber Dickson - Coach

Amber is an EA Intro Lv Coach and a huge favourite with the kids! Specialising in beginner lessons & teaching children, she is our Pony Party queen, with her easy going nature and sense of humour. It is no surprise she is a big favourite among the little ones.

Sally Edelman - Coach

Sally is an invaluable part of our coaching team. EA accredited, she is fantastic with children and adults and usually works the weekday shifts. A passionate horsewoman and experienced rider with loads of charisma and personality.

Elle Brabazon - Coach

Elle started riding at 5 years old and after a long break, began riding again as an adult. She funnily enough had the 2nd lesson at the MCEQ stables when they first opened and is now a valued member of the team! A highly organised worker and EA Intro level, accredited coach. You’ll see her coaching & managing the stables.

Brianna Seale - Coach/ Yard Staff

Brianna’s positive and hard-working nature is an asset to the stables. A passionate rider from a young age, Brianna assists with the stables, coaches, riders and caring for all of our horses. She is active & organised & loves to lend a hand.

Kristi Gomm - Marketing /Website/Photography

Kristi created our fabulous website and is responsible for all the Marketing and Social Media. She will often be found behind the camera taking photos of our horses and riders during lessons, holidays camps and competitions.

Desiree Wong - Yard Manager

Desiree has loved horses from a young age. She takes great pride in caring for them & is fortunate enough to own two beautiful OTT. They keep her busy working her way up the eventing levels. You will see her helping out at the stables.

Natalia Kataeva - Coach

Natalia is originally from Russia and holds an EA Introductory Coaching Certificate and is currently working on her Lv 1 Certificate. In her spare time she enjoys eventing on her beautiful ex-race thoroughbred named Carrick.

Luci Crawley - Coach

Coincidently Luci learnt to ride at the MCEQ grounds when she was only 6 (before it was owned by Dee). A horse lover from an early age, she competes in dressage and hacking and loves teaching and igniting riders passion.

Ellie Khun - Stable Staff

Ellie has had a love for horses and riding since she was a little girl. She started with MC Equestrian Riding School as a volunteer and now can be seen around the stables on the weekend working and caring for the horses.

Kim Schwindke - Coach

Kim grew up in Germany & has been riding since childhood. She is an advanced level dressage rider & is completing her intro level coaching accreditation. She can be found around MCEQ schooling our client & school horses..

Roxy Rey - Stable Staff

New to the MC Equestrian team, Roxy is a horse lover and part of our stable team. She will be found in and around the stables, ensuring things are running smoothly and that the stables are clean and the horses are fed and cared for.

Hannah Cooper - Stable Staff

Hannah is part of our stable team and will be only too happy to help out. She cares for the horses and keeps the yards looking pristine. In her spare time she enjoys trail rides and Eventing with her horses Apples & new horse Bo.

Jackie Krook- Stable Staff

Jackie grew up in Sweden and has always been drawn to horses. She is loving her new role role as part of the MCEQ team, giving lots of love to the horses and taking care of things around the stables.

Nina Ramsay - Stable Staff

Nina is a devoted rider who is keen to share her equine passion with others. Returning to the team, Nina can be found around the stables caring for the horses and ensuring things are running behind the scenes.

Lachlan Ferguson - Stable Staff

Lachlan recently began riding at MCEQ & found himself falling in love with the sport & horses. He started as a volunteer in the camps, but now can be seen around the stables. In his spare time, he loves to ride his horse Herbie.
