Dee McVicker - Owner
Originally from the UK, Dee is an established and accredited rider with many years of coaching experience. Dee’s love of horses and passion for teaching and educating led her to open MC Equestrian Riding School in 2017.
Sarah McVicker - Coach
Sarah has had a love of horses from a very young age. Now a 2-star eventer and accomplished rider, her natural warmth and outgoing nature makes Sarah a fantastic coach for advanced riders.
Sabrina Utharntharm - Coach + Management
The always bubbly Sabrina is the backbone of Dee and the MC operations. She helps with everything from operations to horses, suppliers, and coaching. A passionate horse lover, she has two horses of her own.
Desiree Wong - Coach + Management
Desiree has loved horses from a young age. She takes great pride in caring for them & is fortunate enough to own two beautiful OTT. They keep her busy working her way up the eventing levels. You will see her helping out at the stables.
Monica Villacorta - Coach
EA Level 1 qualified coach with extensive experience competing in dressage and eventing. Monica has a warm nature & has taught adults & children full time for over 20 years from beginners to competition level.
Charne Greyling - Coach
Charné is an EA intro-level coach, specialising in dressage.. She is great with riders of all abilities and has a passion for fine tuning and perfecting the movements throughout the levels. A long time rider competing at state level.
Kristi Holmes: Marketing /Website/Photography
Kristi created our fabulous website and is responsible for all the Marketing and Social Media. She will often be found behind the camera taking photos of our horses and riders during lessons, holidays camps and competitions.
Sally Edelman - Coach
Sally is an invaluable part of our coaching team. EA accredited, she is fantastic with children and adults and usually works the weekday shifts. A passionate horsewoman and experienced rider with loads of charisma and personality.
Elle Brabazon - Coach + Admin
Elle started riding at 5, took a break, then returned as an adult. She funnily enough had the 2nd lesson at the MCEQ stables when they first opened and is now a valued member of the team! A highly organised EA Intro-level coach.
Brianna Seale - Coach
Brianna’s positive and hard-working nature is an asset to the stables. A passionate rider from a young age, Brianna assists with the stables, coaches, riders and caring for all of our horses. She is active & organised & loves to lend a hand.
Natalia Kataeva - Coach
Natalia is originally from Russia and holds an EA Introductory Coaching Certificate and is currently working on her Lv 1 Certificate. In her spare time she enjoys eventing on her beautiful ex-race thoroughbred named Carrick.
Roxy Rey - Stable Staff
New to the MC Equestrian team, Roxy is a horse lover and part of our stable team. She will be found in and around the stables, ensuring things are running smoothly and that the stables are clean and the horses are fed and cared for. .
Lucy Greg - Coach + Operations
Lucy is from the UK and has loved horses since childhood. After working as an RDA instructor in Singapore, she is now completing her EA Intro level at MC while working in the yards and teaching children’s lessons and pony rides.
Hannah Cooper - Stable Staff
Hannah is part of our stable team and will be only too happy to help out. She cares for the horses and keeps the yards looking pristine. In her spare time she enjoys trail rides and Eventing with her horses Apples & new horse Bo.
Andrea Hails - Coach
Originally from the UK, Andrea is a (BHS) accredited coach and competes in Dressage. Having taught for over 25 years; beginners to fine tuning for competitions, the goal is to have fun and to finish each ride with a sense of achievement.
Mira Bajic - Coach / Stable Staff
Mira holds an AHRC certificate and has enjoyed teaching riders of all ages since 2018. A show jumper & rider since she was 6, building strong foundations to help other riders succeed and grow in any discipline, is her passion.
Caroline McQuade - Coach
Caroline is an empathetic and encouraging coach of all ages who loves developing rider confidence. With a strong background in dressage, she started coaching in her early 20’s, before returning when her kids were older.
Bella White - Coach
Bella, a dedicated rider since age 4, holds Introductory Coaching Certifications and aims for Level 1. With 12 years riding her Warmblood, she excels in Dressage coaching and helping beginners build confidence and master the basics.
Jamie - Kostka - Stable Staff
Jamie is studying to become a Vet and works in the stables, caring for our horses. Jamie’s easy going nature brings a welcoming atmosphere to the stables & those around him.
